A place on the list, not a booking.

The waiting list is how we open ClubTable, city by city. Putting your name down tells us you'd like a seat when tables begin forming where you live. It is not a booking, not a membership, and it costs nothing.

Invitations go out city by city as tables form, and not necessarily in the order names were added. We can't promise a date, and a place on the list doesn't guarantee an invitation — but we write when it's your turn.

Your name, so we know how to address you.

Your email, so we can send your invitation and the occasional note about where we've opened.

Where you live, so we know which region's list you belong on. If you choose “somewhere else”, we keep the place you tell us and let you know if we open there.

That's all. We don't ask for anything we don't need to seat you.

We use your details to keep your place, to send your invitation, and to tell you when ClubTable opens near you. We don't sell them, rent them, or pass them to anyone else for their own use. The people who handle them for us — the service that sends our email, the platform that stores the list — do so under contract and only on our instructions.

We'll write rarely. When we do, it will be because something has changed for you: a table forming, a region opening, a seat ready.

You can come off the list at any time. Reply to any email from us, or write to hello@clubtable.co, and we'll remove you and delete what you gave us. If you'd rather we kept your details but stopped writing, say so and we will.

ClubTable Limited (company number 16140479, registered office 16 Wiseton Road, London SW17 7EE) is the data controller for the waiting list under UK GDPR. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights in full, including access, correction and erasure, and how to raise a concern with us or with the Information Commissioner's Office.

We keep waiting-list details until you've joined ClubTable, asked to be removed, or two years have passed without an invitation going out for your region — whichever comes first.

If we change how the list works or what we do with your details, we'll update this page and, where the change matters to you, tell you by email before it takes effect.
